Our Story

A History
of racing

MCK Racing came about in 2023, from an idea by Pierre Stadsbader. Years earlier he had raced for Marc Claeysens's team himself, alongside Andy Pintelon. When their paths crossed again, he saw what could come of bringing all that experience back together — this time around his son Gilles.
‍
At that point Gilles did not yet know Marc and Andy. He had become an established driver in his own right, with years of experience at leading European teams at the highest level of the sport. What followed was not a reunion, then, but a click: a driver who knows what a race weekend demands, a team leader who had run his own outfit for years, and a mechanic and racer who connects the engineering to the feel of the kart.

From that day on, they never looked back. Gilles took on the sporting leadership alongside his responsibility for MCK Group. Andy became technical coordinator and oversees the preparation of the equipment. Marc brought the structure and the composure of someone who had done this before.
‍
Three years later, MCK Racing stands as one of the leading names in the sector. What began as an idea between a father and old acquaintances has grown into a structure that guides drivers from their first race to international finals, and that supplies parts, rebuilds and equipment to the wider karting world. The ambition has not changed since day one: better every session than the last.
